    We are investigating this issue now.

    We have now finished rebuilding the failed drive array on the mysql0 server.
    All customer data from our last backup (1100hrs today) was restored on to the new build server.

    If any customer has any issues with the mysql0 service please raise an Urgent Support case so that we can investigate further.

Revers DNS Records (Resolved)

  • We are currently aware of an issue with our reverse DNS records not being propagated.
    We are working on this as a priority at the moment and will post an update as soon as possible.

    We are starting to see that the IPv4 reverse DNS records are being propagated again. We are still working on our IPv6 records but now that we have identified the issue we are working with our data center partner to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    Two border routers will be reloaded with upgraded software

    Durring the course of the maintenance window we have been advised to expect some disrution while they carry out these works.
